Welcome to our group for women’s fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
Shekia will take us through cardio exercises, resistance training, and stretch & mobility.
Jothi will facilitate a sharing circle, introduce us to some gut health and reset products, and close with some breathwork techniques.
We will meet twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm est at Apex Fitness in Ajax.
